Personality in self organization

Personality in Self Organization

When an entity expresses emotions, such as courageousness it inspires them to organize their life and thoughts. Some people develop more traits that make them a non-specialist, since the have cultivated broad range of knowledge, talents, or interests that gives them the ability to specialize in various fields of expertise. This type of person develops a richer understanding that makes it difficult to stay organized.

The advantage of having such traits however is that this person despite that he/she lacks organization skills will readily accept change and take risks that may lead them to success. The entity becomes a self-directing and spontaneous person, and relaxes with their progresses in life. Most times these people have stronger intuitive and a skillfully creative mind that makes them willing to feel uncomfortable with emotions as they present self. This type of non-specialist personality is often willing to accept all things that come their way, but will venture to discover the facts. A generalist or non-specialist personality is not afraid to show emotions; instead, they will prey upon these emotions, ultimately becoming the master of their mind. This is the process of self-organization for this type of person.

Discovering your personality type can help you develop self-organization skills. Currently, millions of people in the world do not know their type of personality, which is why we are discussing self-organization.

A generalist will explore the possibilities. Generalists frequently use their knowledge, interests, and skills to study and learn a selection of fields. The person is not an expert in a single field, yet he or she is an expert in all fields.

Generalists are people willing to accept changes and take risks, which makes him or her willing to learn while keeping an open mind. Many times a non-specialist is paradox, or willing to view contradictions, irony, illogicality, and the like to search for potential facts. The self-directing entity is often ready to learn and act upon his/her learning without concerning the self with rewards or punishment. Sometimes it can lead to trouble, but they are swift to get back on track.

The generalist is the creative souls that typically go beyond the normal minds, since they draw images, create new ideas, and consider all possibilities even if it does not make sense. Scientists are often the generalist in the world, since they will try to make sense of every little detail, in an unorthodox fashion to find the facts. We see this when scientists ventured into proving the world was not round. Later they found the truth, i.e. the world is round. They continue digging for facts in other words.

The generalist is the courageous souls or brave hearts that speak boldly and assertively to make their points. The audacious souls are spirited in nature and will rebuff going against their beliefs once those beliefs are firmly grounded. Courageous souls are not pusillanimous. They will often strive hard to master their fears.

The generalists are natural or spontaneous, which can be a good quality when boundaries and limits are set. If you are impulsive all the time, you will land in some serious trouble later. Still, these people will learn from past mistakes. Most generalists learn to use their natural impulses more sparingly, yet often. Still, few people have no boundaries that cause impulsiveness to take over, which causes problems to develop. These people are best at living in unplanned and unstructured lives.

Despite what type of personality you may have, if you have the ability to change and accept changes you are one-step ahead of the rest of the world. Likewise, if you have the ability to accept differences, you are one-step ahead of the rest of the world.
